Cancellations

If an appointment must be changed, 24 hours notice is requested so that the practitioner may service others in need of your time. Please let the us know and changes will be made accordingly.  For chiropractic care, it is recommended that all missed appointments be made up later in the same day or within 7 days to prevent loss of any of the benefits that care has provided.

Appointments cancelled last minute may be subject to a $25.00 charge.

Missed or "No Show" Appointments

“No show” appointments may be subject to a charge.  If remembering appointments is difficult for you, please request a complimentary reminder text or email for the day prior to your appointment.  If you are running late, your appointment may be bumped or rescheduled.  Expect a courtesy call if you are running late or miss your appointment.

Missed appointments may be subject to a $25.00 charge.

Payments

Payments are due at the time of the office visit unless a previous financial arrangement has been made. Please let us know if you wish to pay by cash, check, debit, or credit card.  Receipts can be issued at the time of the visit, monthly or annually.

Patient Compliance

You will achieve the best results when you follow the doctor’s recommended appointment schedule and home care advice.  Always remember: healing is a process, and processes take time.  If you do not feel satisfied with your body’s responses, please let the doctors know at the time of your next appointment to discuss this over with them.  Often times changes can be made to get the most out of your visits.  The doctors will know know if you are not satisfied if you don't voice it to them.  We want you to get the most from your care as possible.

Care and Coverage

Please understand that we do not base your care program on your extended insurance coverage and neither should you.  There are often limits to what insurance will pay.  It is our goal is to correct your problem in the shortest amount of time possible and in the most cost-effective manner.  Please understand that your full care may not be covered by your insurance.

Walk-Ins

We will try to accommodate ‘walk-in’ patients whenever possible, however patients with pre-booked appointments will be served first. To avoid disappointment, please call ahead whenever possible at (518) 664-4525.

Children in the Office

It is our goal to create a relaxed, pleasant, family-friendly environment and experience while in our office.  Children are always welcome here in the office, as we have many activities to accomodate them.  We do, however, ask that parents please encourage your children to pick up after themselves in order to leave the space as you found it for the next family to enjoy.  Please speak with us if you have any concerns – your comments will help us to help others.
